Periscope named a 2018 Outstanding Company for Working Mothers

Periscope has always believed that employees should Do Things People Love — it’s our agency mission for a reason! The ability to do that comes from having a workplace and co-workers that support you.

Our conscious focus on support for our people is why we’re pleased to share that Periscope was named a 2018 Outstanding Company for Working Mothers by She Runs It. This honor is given to a select few workplaces around the country based on their offerings and policies for moms and families, and female leadership.

Among the reasons we were recognized:

Nearly 50 percent female leadership across the agency (including at the executive level) and best-in-class services for moms, including private mothers rooms, reserved parking for expectant moms and a generous PTO policy that includes a reintegration program. We even sponsor mothers rooms at industry events like MIMA and make sure that many of our agency parties are family friendly.
