Creative Director Grant Eull and Creative Services Director Nicole Horton bring ideas-first perspective

Fresh ideas are flowing at Periscope as we welcome new talent to the creative team.

Our newest creative director, Grant Eull, joins our crew of makers and thinkers. He has nearly 20 years of experience in a wide variety of dynamic creative roles, including designer, developer, art director and creative director. Grant continues to work across disciplines while advocating for hybrid teams, iterative process and transformative work. His unique combination of skills inspires him to create award-winning experiences that emotionally connect brands with consumers. His career includes a diverse range of clients, such as Warner Brothers Digital, 3M, Warheads Candy, Tyson Foods, Lund Boats, UnitedHealthcare and Wells Fargo.

As a former co-chair of the Higher Education Committee for MIMA and adjunct instructor at the University of Minnesota College of Design, he has found impactful ways to inspire and mentor rising talent. Grant also plays in several local bands.

Nicole Horton, who joins us as creative services director, is a well-known creative force making it her business to not just be creatively talented but to know all of the creative talent in the market. She grew up in advertising but left twice for bold adventures, which included pursuing a career in the restaurant industry, performing in a rock band, and most recently, taking a hiatus to run a brewery in West Central Minnesota, where she did everything from working the farm and scrubbing toilets to heading up all design and merchandising.

Nicole has an impressive track record at agencies like Fallon and Carmichael Lynch, and is known for recruiting top talent from across the country.
